The Assistant Superintendent assists the Superintendent on the job site and assists in the daily activities of all field staff for a construction project, as well as quality control.

Reporting to the Director of Construction, the PM is responsible for the overall completion of the project within schedule and on budget.

Under limited supervision, the PM manages and administers the construction and delivery of new facilities and/or alterations/modifications to existing facilities, participates in contract preparation, on-site coordination, quality control, and all aspects of contract management.

Responsible for assisting the PM in the overall project administration. The APM will report to and support the PM in managing and administering the construction and delivery of new facilities and/or alterations/modifications to existing facilities, participate in on-site coordination, quality control, and contract management.

Schedule manager performs various functions, including providing expertise in scheduling and schedule analysis, earned value management, and construction activities in support of a construction project. The Schedule manager ensures that each project schedule conforms with project contractual timeframe. This position interacts with project teams, suppliers, and clients and must communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Having exceptional communication skills is also relevant facilitating group meetings. Each Hodess project requires a high-level master schedule that incorporates the contract schedule requirements and includes our subcontractors’ schedule for each project.
