Director of Human Resources

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and working with the Senior Leadership team, the Director of Human Resources designs, coordinates and manages programs in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and Operations, Benefit Administration & Compensation, Employee Relations & Leave, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Legal Compliance and Policy. Through these functions is responsible for continually enhancing the Company’s stock of human resources and encouraging employee development. Continuously improving programming based on employee feedback and needs.
