Description

Completed three buildings totaling over 80,000 sf of FDA-certified cleanrooms. The scope included the design and installation of central utility systems, including chilled water (CHW), steam, water for injection (WFI), wastewater treatment (WWT), and compressed dry air (CDA). The project also encompassed the construction of office spaces, warehouses, and laboratories, as well as site work for new utilities, generators, and mechanical room additions.
