Description

Design-build of a complete new cleanroom fab in an existing 1960s Westinghouse Manufacturing building. The scope included 12,000 sf of ISO 5 cleanroom spaces, 50,000 sf of office space, and 20,000 sf of laboratory space. Hodess provided all new utilities with a central plant for CW, HW Steam, CDA, N2, DI water, WWT, PVAC, and specialty gases.
