Cleanroom Design & Construction

Hodess has focused on and become a leader in cleanroom design/build and cleanroom engineering throughout the critical environment industry. We create a seamless, single-source, cleanroom design/build solution to fit your needs.

Hodess provides you with turnkey cleanroom design and build services that gives you one point of responsibility. We also like to think of ourselves as an extension of your internal team. We value our relationships with our clients, so we make sure we work closely with you during the entire cleanroom design and build process. Our cleanroom management team will keep you in the loop during key phases of your project so that there are no surprises that can affect your timeline or your budget.

Before the cleanroom construction process begins, we analyze your program requirements and help you determine the level of cleanliness necessary and the type of cleanroom that will suit your budget and your needs. We focus on your needs as well as the process and product. We gather a list of your needs and what systems will be integrated in the construction of your cleanroom. We take all of this information and present you with an overview of your project so that you understand your needs and options before a single hammer is lifted.

Once we’ve settled on something we both feel good about, we proceed with a phased approach that goes as follows:

  • Hodess proceeds to 30% design stage and establishes a guaranteed maximum price and a schedule for your project.
  • We then review the cleanroom design with you and take it to 60% of the design phase.
  • The design is reviewed again and we go ahead with 100% construction and documentation.

Hodess works with select architects and cleanroom engineers in order to provide stamped documents, code analysis, structural design and all services required for the complete installation of a cleanroom of any size or type as well as for all related structures and systems. Hodess has created long trusted relationships with these architects and engineers in order to provide seamless design/build programs.
