Mustang Bio Worcester, MA

Description

Delivered a 4,000 sf CAR-T cell therapy manufacturing facility featuring four cGMP ISO 7 production suites and 503B cleanroom spaces. Hodess provided comprehensive project management and on-site supervision, self-performing the installation of walls, ceilings, and doors. The scope also included the installation of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to support both cleanroom and non-cleanroom areas, including lab spaces. Additionally, the project involved upgrading the building’s existing DI water system to meet the needs of Mustang Bio.
